    The food is delicious besides the fact that the customer service is TERRIBLE!! I believe the lady name is Tanyka. Jesus, she has a bad day everyday. Attitude is awful! They got my order wrong and I called to speak with a manager and she told me she was, so I told her my problem (received no shrimp in my fried rice) I complained and she made it seem like it was my fault! TF! Smh. No accountability, if you were the "manager", you would've been able to resolve my problem not make it worse. Their food is good but they got to do something about that Customer service. That customer service is serious!! It will put a watermark on your business for people not to come.

    I still love the food but the customer service is whack! Ok, so they used to be timely with the food, but I DO NOT like to hear employees on the phone, talking loud to family or friends and using profanity. I really find those actions unprofessional. J. Buffalo Wings needs to step up. Also, what combo doesn't come with a drink. I have ordered there SO many times and got a drink with a combo. This time no drink. I also ask for all flats & didn't get them. Again, probably too busy trying to get back on the phone. Anyway, I hope they do some improvements with the staffing.
